Dan is one of our litigation attorneys. He has extensive experience in trial and evidentiary matters, and he is with us to guide our clients through the difficult hurdles and fear that they may face when they have to navigate through the court system. He came to Keystone Law Firm after spending time in the criminal justice system as both a prosecutor and a public defender.
Dan switched to handling probate litigation because of a strong desire to help people during a difficult time in their lives and to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
On a personal level, Dan dropped out of high school when he was 16 years old, and after spending years in retail management, he decided to get his GED and eventually became the first person in his family to graduate not only college but also law school — things he never could have accomplished without the support of his amazing wife and their pack of dogs (and the cat, too, he guesses).
