Attorney
Erica is one of our probate attorneys. She focuses on both formal and informal matters for those who have passed on. She is with Keystone Law Firm in order to help clients going through the difficult journey of having to deal with the deaths of their loved ones. Prior to joining Keystone Law Firm, she represented individuals with disabilities to ensure they were awarded benefits rightly entitled to them.
She also represented parents of children with special needs to ensure the children were provided a FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education). Erica is a zealous advocate for her clients and works hard to achieve the best results possible for them.
Erica is originally from Wisconsin and moved to California where she earned her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Erica was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure, Administrative Law, Introduction to Mediation, and ADR in the Criminal Context. Prior to attending law school, she graduated from San Diego State University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She also graduated from National University where she earned a Master of Science degree in Forensic Science, Emphasis in Investigation.
Erica is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have three amazing children who are the center of Erica’s world. She and her family moved from California to Arizona in October of 2020 and love living in the desert. In her spare time, Erica enjoys traveling with her family, attending sporting and musical events in which her children participate and being active outside with her family and three dogs.
