Collection Specialist
Lola is Keystone Law Firm’s collection specialist. She contacts clients to help them pay bills and arrange status updates with the legal team.
Lola worked as a patient financial service representative for hospitals prior to coming to Keystone Law Firm.
She started off her career as a collections specialist by working for American Express as and then graduated to training manager in their offsite facility. She has spent over 20 years in the business and eventually her trek has led her to us.
Her values regarding how to treat and respond to others in the work environment and out in the world are a perfect match for Keystone Law Firm. She lives by our core values and sets as high of expectations for herself as we set for our company.
On days off, Lola enjoys planting flowers, trees, and shrubs and building fences for her farm animals on her acreage where she lives. This includes chickens, goats, turkeys, dogs, and horses. She also travels a lot and is very family- and God-oriented. Lola has grown grown children and 13 grandchildren. Life is very fulfilling for Lola!
