CEO
In December of 2022, Mark joined Keystone Law Firm as its CEO. As CEO, Mark oversees the inner workings of the company on a daily basis. He strives for our continual improvement in helping our clients, team, and community.
Mark was the CEO of Concord Servicing Corporation, a family-owned and leading independent multinational loan servicing company based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Before that, he served on the C-suite for Wyndham Destinations as the company’s Chief Hospitality Officer, based out of Orlando, Florida. Previously, Mark served Wyndham from Las Vegas, Nevada, as the President of the organization’s four-billion-dollar captive finance company and, prior to that, served a Scottsdale-based division of GE Capital as an operations leader and attorney.
In addition to earning Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Nebraska (Kearney and Lincoln, respectively), Mark received leadership and business training/certifications via executive education programs at Columbia University; the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania; GE’s Crotonville, New York Continuing Education Campus; and the Eller Business School at the University of Arizona. Mark also received technical operations training/certifications in Six Sigma and Lean (green belt and executive black belt) while serving GE and Wyndham.
Mark serves on the Board of Trustees for the Arbor Day Foundation and on the Executive Committee for that organization’s Arbor Day Carbon business. He and his wife have three adult sons and two grandchildren, all living in the Phoenix area. In his spare time, you can find Mark in the gym, hiking or biking in Flagstaff or the McDowell Mountain Preserve, or actively cheering on one of Phoenix’s professional sports teams.
