Drafting
Our legal team begins the precise process of drafting your customized documents based on the information gathered during your appointment.
STEP 05
Review & Sign
You will review your completed documents in person at the time of your signing appointment. We ensure everything is executed correctly to make your plan legally binding.
STEP 06
Retitling & Proof of Funding
We provide guidance on retitling your assets to your trust and instructions on how to store your original documents securely for your heirs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any out-of-pocket costs for me?
For the Basic Trust Package covered by ARAG, there is no extra cost for the attorney’s time. However, any “add-ons” or complex customizations outside the standard plan may incur fees. We will always clarify this before starting.
Does this include the cost of filing or notarization?
While the legal drafting is covered, some third-party costs like county recording fees for deeds may be the responsibility of the client.
What if I have a very complex estate?
During your consultation, The Legal Team will assess your needs. If your situation requires advanced tax planning or specialty trusts not covered by the basic ARAG package, we will provide a clear quote for those additional services.
How long does the process take?
Typically, from your initial consultation to the final signing, the process takes 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly you can get us the required information.
