Arizona Reflections is a neighborhood bisected by the Santan Freeway, though almost all of the homes in this subdivision are north of the Santan Freeway. Yet this means that a commute to downtown Chandler is five minutes by car and twenty minutes by bus. Arizona Reflections received a walk score of 29. It has a transit score of 33. Expect to walk or bike to South Arizona Avenue to reach a bus stop. It has an average bike score of 51. Car sharing services are available in the area, too. Pecos Road is the northern boundary of this subdivision. South Jackson Street, South Bridger Drive and South Hamilton Street serve as its eastern border. East Willis Road is the southern edge of the subdivision. The Santan Gateway South retail strip sits on the neighborhood’s western border. Homes where range in size from 1100 to 2400 square feet. You’ll find a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes. Properties here were built between 2001 and 2005. There are no parks or schools inside of Arizona Reflections. However, you can reach Folley Memorial Park and public amenities like Folley Pool by going north on Hamilton. Frye Elementary School is just a few blocks north on South Hamilton Street. Students are generally assigned to Willis Junior High School. That’s located off South McQueen Road. That school is also home to the Chandler Online Academy. Nantucket Village is directly east of the subdivision. Monterey Visa is north of it. The city owns much of the land south of the subdivision, though Tumbleweed Park is directly south of the municipal utilities. This is where you can find the Tumbleweed Recreation Center, Chandler Tennis Courts and Arizona Railway Museum.
