Crescent Village Neighborhood In Brief
West Fairview Street serves as a southern border for the Crescent Village subdivision. South Arrowhead Drive is the western border for the neighborhood. It also has the only western exit for the neighborhood and is the fastest route to Conley Elementary School. This puts you within walking distance of the Chandler/Gilbert Family YMCA, too. That can also be accessed by walking along West Frye Street. West Pecos Road is generally considered the southern border of this subdivision. Silverton Ranch is south of that. That is the last major street that separates Crescent Village from the Santan Freeway, though you’re far enough away not to be bothered by the road noise.
West Frye Road is the northern border of the neighborhood. South Central Drive passes through the middle of Crescent Village. West Whitten Street and West Glenmere Drive form a loop in the middle of the neighborhood.
Mission Tierra and Rialto Hills are north of Crescent Village. Fairview Meadows is located to the east. Silverton Ranch sits to the south. This neighborhood is less than a mile from the San Marcos Golf Course. The Crescent Village homeowners’ association maintains a small private park within the subdivision.
Crescent Village is within walking distance of Chandler Regional Medical Center. You could also cross West Free Street and take South Arrowhead Drive to Maggio Ranch Park. Downtown Chandler is a five-minute trip down West Frye Road.
This neighborhood has an average walk score of 20, though the walkability is higher on the western side that is close to the local elementary school, Conley Elementary, and medical complex. The neighborhood was given a transit score of 33. It has a bike score of 46. There aren’t many bike paths in this area.
This neighborhood is roughly a mile from San Tan Christian Academy and Chandler High School. The Erie Campus for Arizona College Prep is less than a mile away.
