Rawhide Western Town & Event Center
The Rawhide Western Town and Event Center is a convention and concert venue in Chandler, Arizona. The Western Town is one of the largest Wild West attractions in Arizona. For example, they have staged gun fight shows several times a day, a haunted hotel and historic town square. You can pay for gold or learn about history.
It also has a world-class steakhouse and Western themed shopping center. Note that the Rawhide Steakhouse is only open during scheduled dates, so don’t expect to drop by for dinner any night. The event and convention center can be rented out for birthday parties, business seminars and team building events. The location regularly hosts festivals, concerts and fundraisers. For example, they are home to a number of fun runs and obstacle courses for charity. Or you can let the kids play on modern attractions like the trampoline bungee jumping. Climbing wall and train rides. You can pay for burro rides and stage coach rides. Admission to the venue is generally free, unless there is a special event going on. You may not have to pay for a hay wagon ride that’s safe for little kids.
Where is located?
The Rawhide Western Town and Event Center is located at 5700 West Loop Road. It is located near the 1880s replica frontier town at Wild Horse Pass. You’re also a short distance from the Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park. All of this can be accessed via Wild Horse Pass Boulevard off Maricopa Freeway. Once you’re on Wild Horse Pass Boulevard, take South Maricopa Road. The Rawhide Western Town and Event Center is on West North Loop Drive, while east South Loop Road connects to a number of local parks and takes you to the Whirlwind Golf Club and the KOLI Equestrian Center. If you do take the East Loop Road, it will connect to West Wild Horse Pass Road; this takes you back to South Maricopa Road.
